They have been taking care of my pool for a few months now and I am truly very pleased with the results.
They handle all the cleaning and chemicals, filter washes and has done maintenance on my pool vacuum, and my pool always looks sparkling clean. I recently had my cartridge filters replaced and my pool drained; glass bead tile cleaning done, parts replaced on my pool vac and the pool refilled and they handled this with ease. One of my main concerns was finding someone reliable and there has been no question regarding his dependability, PoolStar has been there as promised, every week. PoolStar is the best! PoolStar has been coming to our house for about 6 months now, and he does a terrific job! While other pool services sell off their business, don't show up, or are grunge of the world, (my former pool services) PoolStar is always on time, is efficient, and very pleasant. PoolStar will be the last pool service I have! Great job!

Owning our first pool is very exciting and my husband and I were thrilled to be able to swim in our own backyard especially during the Las Vegas summers!  But then there's the huge issue of maintenance!  At first my husband tried to do it himself, but while he has many outstanding skills, pool maintenance didn't turn out to be one of them!  Then something went horribly wrong and the pool lost half its water practically over night!  We went online and found POOL STAR which we decided to call since it is a British company and my husband is British.  Who woulda thought that the best pool maintenance company in the Valley would be owned and operated by ex-pats who suredly didn't get their expertise from living in England!  If you have a pool, you need Pool Star and Kevin Humphreys!  Don't even think about it!  Just give 'em a call and swim easy knowing that not only will they keep your pool sparkling clean, but they will also take care of all of the mechanics, filters, etc.  Thanks Kevin!  Chris and Steph B., Las Vegas.
